Digital Products — No Refund Policy
All products sold in our store are digital downloads (ebooks). Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been made and the download link has been accessed.
Exceptions
We understand that issues can happen. We will offer a resolution in the following situations:
- 🔹 You did not receive your download link after purchase
- 🔹 The file was corrupted or could not be opened
- 🔹 You were charged more than once for the same product
In any of these cases, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we will resolve it promptly.
